Easter Holiday Game Alternatives For East Egg Hunts

Are you tired of the same old egg hunting game? This Easter Sunday, save some cash by not buying too many eggs and try fun alternative activities so you don’t need payday loans to help you through. You can keep the relgious Easter tradittions of an egg hunt, but skip the eggs. Here are some ideas on how:

Treasure hunt. It’s becoming more common for people to hold treasure huts at Easter instead of egg hunts. Split the kids up into teams and give each team a clue. The clue will lead to another clue and another clue, until it finally leads them to the treasure. The treasureor prize can be whatever you decide, such as chocolates, toys, books or tickets to their favourite theme park.

Pieces of the Puzzle Using some of that payday loan money, buy a huge set of puzzles. The puzzle pieces should not be too small to make the game a little easier and the pieces easier to find. Just like you wide hide eggs for an egg hunt, hide the puzzle pieces.

When the teams find a puzzle piece, they rush back to the puzzle board to put it in place until they have completed the picture. The team that finishes first wins a prize. The prize can be anything from food to toys. The choices are endless and it is up to the parents’ discretion.

Person hunt. This game is a really good way to save moneyas you don’t need to buy anything except maye a prize. Instead of hiding objects, why not hide a person? Different teams can find different people or they can all look for the one person. The person they have to find might be the children’s grandfather, their dad, uncle, or other family friends. You can give clues to the kids as to where to find this person.

Acting Skits. Get the kids to act out biblical stories as a skit. Each team must do the acting and the older people be the judge. This is a good way to teach the kids some stories in the bible and encourage their creativity at the same time. For instance, when you say act out the nativity, have the kids decide on how to interpret the scene. Give them only two minutes to decide and when you say action, everyone pauses in their scene. The team with the most score wins.

Easter can still be a traditional holiday, but it doesn’t have to boring or expensive if you know how to liven it up. Introduce new games to spark more interest in the holiday and keep it fun and social. With the tips above you only need to purchase a few things, which you can afford even without cash loans. Save more this Easter Sunday without scrimping on values, tradition, and fun.

Gaikai Game Streaming Technology Demo (July 1, 2009)

This is just a simple demo of our Gaikai video game streaming technology working in a Firefox browser with no installs, no plug-ins. These retail games (selected because we think they are cool) are all being played on a remote server with a 800 mile round trip to my PC.

The games are unmodified and are completely virtualized so we can run multiple different games on the same server at the same time. One of the reasons the iPhone has over a billion downloads now, is because they made access really easy (click to download, click to play), we have managed to get our technology down to just the single “click to play” so you can play anywhere on the web (home, work, school, on the road), and the games can come to you (on a Facebook canvas page, Myspace, Flash sites etc.)
